You’ve already started. Let’s finish it.

The Fruition Intensive is a 7-day sprint with a senior creative strategist — so your idea stops living in your notes app and becomes something real you can actually share.

The world is better with your idea in it. You just need the right person in your corner to get it there.

Pick your one thing.

Not two things. Not a rebrand. One essential asset — the most useful thing to get you moving right now. The goal is to move you from the “thinking” phase to the “having” phase — one essential asset, visioned and built together.

A landing page for your new service or offer
Your Founder Story — the “why” behind your work, crafted to connect and inspire
A communication strategy and/or calendar for that course you’ve been dreaming of launching
A pitch deck that clearly outlines your cause and captures the hearts of stakeholders
An onboarding sequence or welcome email series that nurtures your community
The strategic storytelling for your crowdfunding campaign

“We met for only one hour — and in that time, she helped me detangle my brain on authentic brand voice, content pillars, and clearly articulating the ‘why’ of my business. If you’re looking for a thought partner on brand and storytelling, you should check her out.”

— Caitlin, consultant

One project. Seven days. ⏱ Plan for 6–10 hours across the week — probably less time than you’ve already spent thinking about this.

Saturday, you’ll fill me in

Deep-dive intake form — your vision, your goals, what’s blocking you. While you rest, I’m mapping your landscape and building the foundation for everything we’ll make together.

Tuesday, we build it live

90 minutes on Zoom. You bring the idea. I bring 15+ years of coaching, brand strategy, and creative building. We screen-share, riff, and start making your thing real. You leave with homework, momentum, and a clear picture of what done looks like.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – I’m in your pocket

Send me your messy first attempts, your half-baked questions, your “is this crazy?” moments. I respond with feedback and pep talks.
Office hours: 8–9am ET, 5–8pm ET.

Saturday, you cross the finish line

We meet for a final 30-minute session to review your deliverable, finalize your launch plan, and make sure you know exactly how to use what we built.
Then you hit publish — and I’m on call all day while you do.

By end of day Saturday, you have:

A real, polished thing — visioned, branded, and built to feel like you

A clear plan for what to do with it

The confidence that comes from having actually done the thing

one tanglible asset, ready to be shared

this is for you if:

You’ve been “almost ready” for years. The idea hasn’t gone anywhere — and neither have you.

The vision is (pretty) clear. But somehow it’s still living in your notes app, your voice memos, your head — instead of out in the world where it can actually do something. You don’t need more time to think. You need a process to make it real.

You know your work is good. You just can’t make it sound like you on the page.

You have the credentials, the experience, the receipts. But when it’s time to write the landing page or pitch the idea, you freeze. It stops feeling like you. You need someone who can pull out what’s brilliant about what you do — and position it in a way that actually lands.

You’ve tried doing it alone. You know how that ends.

You’re not looking for a course or a template. You need a real human to riff with, pressure-test your thinking, and help you cross the finish line. You work best when you’re not working alone.

“Before working with Pame, I kept doing what I ‘should’ do — what others in my industry were doing. What we came up with feels genuinely me. After feeling like marketing was a chore for so long, I’m now extremely excited to start showing up. This was one of the best investments I’ve made in my business.”

Hola! I’m Pame, MS, ACC (she/her/ella)

I’ve spent 15+ years in rooms with brilliant people who were sitting on ideas they hadn’t yet made real. Founders, leaders, creators — all of them smart, many of them stuck.

And I kept noticing the same thing: it wasn’t the idea that was the problem. It was that they were trying to do it alone.

So I built the thing I wished existed. A space where you can think out loud without being rushed. Where someone asks you the right questions instead of handing you a template. By the end of the week, your idea isn’t just clearer — it exists.

I’m a certified coach, so I know how to hold space for the big, messy, half-formed version of your vision without flinching. I’m a brand strategist, so I know how to pull out what’s uniquely yours and shape it into something that actually sounds like you. And I’m a builder — so we don’t just talk about it. We make it.

MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU. BFA in Design from Georgia State.

Also: a deep love of bad puns and the moment a client says “omg, that’s it!”

And the time came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Just your idea and a willingness to show up. No polished brief, no brand guide, no existing copy required. If you have those things, great. If not, we start from scratch together.

How much time do I need to commit to that week?

Roughly 6–10 hours total — intake form (1–2 hrs), Tuesday Zoom (90 min), homework (2–6 hrs across Wed–Fri), and wrap-up call (30 min). Probably less time than you’ve already spent thinking about this idea.

What if I’m not happy with what we create?

I’m invested in this working as much as you are. If something isn’t landing, we adjust in real time. I won’t let you walk away with something that doesn’t feel right.

$750 feels like a lot. What exactly am I paying for?

Two live sessions with a senior creative strategist, four days of real-time Voxer feedback, and a finished deliverable. A single hour at this level typically runs $300–500. This is a week of focused collaboration at a fraction of that rate — and it’s still beta pricing. After a few more rounds, this goes to $1,200+.

What can we really get done in 7 days?

More than you’d think — and it depends entirely on what will be most helpful for you right now. A talk outline. A content calendar. A fully built landing page. The deliverable is always the most useful thing to get you moving — not the most impressive thing on paper.

What if I’m not sure what my “thing” is yet?

As long as you have a general direction, we can narrow it down together on the intake form. If you’re truly starting from scratch, reach out first and we’ll figure out if the timing is right.

“My session with Pame helped me reposition myself for new offers and new audiences that will be both personally fulfilling and revenue-generating. Her guidance helped me break through ideas that had held me back for quite a while.”
