Hola, I'm Pame Barba (she/her/ella). I believe it's up to us to create the world we want to live in, and we do that by turning our ideas into real things.

That's the whole reason I do this work: I help people do exactly that, through coaching, strategy, and facilitation. 

I'm a first-gen Ecuadorian immigrant, a first-gen college grad, an ICF credentialed coach, a strategist, and a trained improviser. Design is at the heart of everything I do. Over the years I've launched dozens of ideas, projects and businesses. Some of it worked. All of it taught me something.

Now I help leaders and creators stop sitting on their ideas and actually build them. (the version that's been living in their Notes app doesn't count until it's real!)

I have a BFA in Design from Georgia State University and an MS in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting from NYU.

My work's been featured in Forbes, and I've spoken on stages nationwide, which still feels a little wild to type.
