Your idea deserves to exist outside your head.

The fruition intensive is a 7-day sprint where we turn your idea into something real together.

A landing page. A founder story. A pitch deck. A launch strategy. Whatever your “thing” is — we make it in a week.

What shall we bring to Fruition?

Pick your thing. The goal of the Intensive is to move you from the “thinking” phase to the “having” phase. We’ll spend our time together visioning, positioning, and building one essential asset so you can finally share or sell.

Examples of past projects:

  • A landing page for your new service or offer
  • A communication strategy and/or calendar for that course you’ve been dreaming of launching
  • A pitch deck that clearly outlines your cause and captures the hearts of stakeholders
  • An onboarding sequence or welcome email series that nurtures your community
  • The strategic storytelling for your crowdfunding campaign

fruition intensive

One project. Seven days.

Saturday, you’ll fill me in

You fill out a deep-dive intake form: your vision, your goals, what’s blocking you. Don’t hold back. The more I know, the better I can show up.
While you rest, I’m in my creative lab — laying out ALLLL the puzzle pieces, mapping your landscape, auditing the gaps, and building the foundation for everything we’ll make together.

Tuesday, we’ll begin to build it live

We meet on Zoom for 90 minutes. You bring the idea. I bring 15+ years of coaching, brand strategy, and creative building. We screen-share, riff, and start making your thing real. You’ll leave with homework, momentum, and a clear picture of what done looks like.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – I’ll be in your pocket

As you work through your drafts, you are not stuck alone. Send me your messy first attempts, your half-baked questions, your “is this crazy?” moments. I’ll respond with questions, feedback, and pep talks. Office hours: 8-9am ET, 5–8pm ET

Saturday, you cross the finish line

We meet for a final 30-minute session to review your deliverable, finalize your launch plan, and make sure you know exactly how to use what we built.
Then you hit publish — and I’m on call all day while you do.

By end of day Saturday, you have:

A real, polished THING — visioned, branded, and built to feel like you
A clear plan for what to do with it
The confidence that comes from having actually done the thing

one tanglible asset, ready to be shared

this is for you if:

You’ve been “almost ready” for way too long.

The idea is there. The vision is (pretty) clear. But somehow it’s still living in your notes app, your voice memos, your head — instead of out in the world where it can actually do something. You don’t need more time to think. You need a process to make it real.

You’re brilliant at the work. Stuck on the words.

You have the credentials, the experience, the receipts. But when it’s time to write the landing page or pitch the idea, you freeze. It stops feeling like you. You need someone who can pull out what’s brilliant about what you do — and position it in a way that actually lands.

You know the what, but the how is a mess.

You’re not looking for a course or a template. You need a real human to riff with, pressure-test your thinking, and help you cross the finish line. You work best when you’re not working alone.

Hola! I’m Pame, MS, ACC (she/her/ella)

I’ve spent 15+ years in rooms with brilliant people who were sitting on ideas they hadn’t yet made real. Founders, leaders, creators — all of them smart, many of them stuck.

And I kept noticing the same thing: it wasn’t the idea that was the problem. It was that they were trying to do it alone.

So I built the thing I wished existed. A space where you can think out loud without being rushed. Where someone asks you the right questions instead of handing you a template. By the end of the week, your idea isn’t just clearer — it exists.

I’m a certified coach, so I know how to hold space for the big, messy, half-formed version of your vision without flinching.

I’m a brand strategist, so I know how to pull out what’s uniquely yours and shape it into something that actually sounds like you.

And I’m a builder — so we don’t just talk about it. We make it.

MS in Executive Coaching from NYU. BFA in Design from Georgia State. A deep love of bad puns and the moment a client says “omg, that’s it!”

I’m your partner for one focused week — and then I’ll cheer you on from the sidelines.

And the time came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

$750 feels like a lot. What exactly am I paying for?

You’re getting two live sessions with a senior creative strategist, four days of real-time Voxer (a free voice messaging app) feedback, and a finished deliverable. A single hour with a consultant at this level typically runs $300–500. This is a week of focused collaboration at a fraction of that rate, and it’s still beta pricing.
(The price after I do a couple of these will be $1200+)

What can we really get done in 7 days?

More than you’d think — and it depends entirely on what will be most helpful for you right now. For some people, that’s a Google doc with a talk outline. For others, it’s a content calendar spreadsheet. For others, it’s a fully flushed-out landing page. The deliverable is always the most useful thing to get you moving — not the most impressive thing on paper. Here are some examples of past projects:

What if I’m not sure what my “thing” is yet?

As long as you have a general direction, we can narrow it down together on the intake form. If you’re truly starting from scratch, reach out first, and we’ll figure out if the timing is right.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Just your idea and a willingness to show up. You don’t need a polished brief, a brand guide, or existing copy. If you have those things, great — bring them. If not, we start from scratch together.

How much time do I need to commit to that week?

Plan for the intake form (1–2 hours Saturday), the Tuesday Zoom (90 minutes), your homework (2–6 hours spread across Wed–Fri), and the wrap-up call (30 minutes Saturday). That’s roughly 6–10 hours total, which is probably less time than you’ve already spent thinking about this idea.

What if I’m not happy with what we create?

I’m invested in this working as much as you are. If something isn’t landing, we adjust in real time — that’s the whole point of the live sessions and Voxer access. I won’t let you walk away with something that doesn’t feel right.
